STOP and Write an Acrostic
Today I am grateful for an early morning run and recovery reminders like surrender and acceptance. I also appreciate the resources, courses, and sharing platforms available on A Network for Grateful Living.
In this recent post, I wrote about the practice of Stop. Look. Go. Today I am delving into the STOP: Cultivating a sense of presence. Not hurrying past the gifts available to us in this moment. An acrostic came to me, and then another, and another.

Stop and smell the laundry. Stop and enjoy the patio and lights in the yard. Stop and thank the people in my life. The ones currently physically present and the ones present in my heart, having left their mark in a myriad of ways.
I invite and encourage you to do your own stopping today. Maybe even write an acrostic or two. Share it in the comments if you do. Onward!
